Refund policy

Returns & Refund Policy

As all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind once production has begun.

To ensure accuracy, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To report an issue, email us at contact@maisonbillions.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including clear photos and your order details. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, such as a replacement where applicable.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Made-to-order or custom products

  • Bulk orders once confirmed

  • Sale items or gift cards


Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we do not offer exchanges once production has started.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.


Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an order is canceled before production begins or where a return is approved due to damage, defect, or error on our part.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
